Structure

-A multi-purpose capsule that can store an undiluted solution or powder of a drink is made in the center of the bottle cap and the outlet is sealed with a thin film after putting undiluted solution or powder in this capsule. The specially designed multi-cap breaks the film when the bottle cap is opened which causes the undiluted solution and powder to go into the bottle itself, resulting in a mix that the user can drink.

Characteristics

- Has a function that tells if the content has deteriorated.
This product has a separation belt on both upper cap and lower cap so you can see with your own eyes whether or not any undiluted solution or powder has been added, and you can tell if the content has deteriorated through the lower cap.

- It concentrates on customer’s convenience
It’s an ingenious product in which the contents are mixed with the water when the bottle cap is opened rather than adding additives so that the customer does not have to prepare water and the undiluted solution or powder separately, and it relieves the customer from having to add the additives.

- Prevents deterioration of product
By blocking the outlet of the space where the undiluted solution and powder are stored, we prevent the product from deteriorating by damage to the film, and by sealing so that the separate space is maintained in a vacuum state, we prevent leakage or deterioration of the diluted solution and powder even when stored for a long time.

Step-by-step structure

• Step 1 – If you turn the cap clockwise, the cap rotates and the anti-forgery ring falls off and the capsule containing the undiluted solution drops.
• Step 2 – The multi-purpose capsule in the cap's silver paper sealing breaks when it drops and the undiluted solution and powder are automatically introduced to the drink water.
• Step 3 – The effects of the undiluted solution become better if you shake after undiluted solution and powder are dissolved in the water.

Marketability and fields of application

1) Marketability
Also known as built-in additive multi-cap, it’s a new concept technology and a creative idea which will change the trend of the beverage industry of Japan, America, and Europe, and is already being commercialized in Japanese green tea, American US Beverage, and in Chinese gingko tea. In the Korean market, JC Tech took the product of which the production of a sample has been completed in a hangover curer condition enhancing drink, but due to equipment problems, it was hard to achieve a perfect seal. We made modifications and improvements and were able to solve the essential sealing problem and have obtained patent and production technology.
  The world’s market for caps is huge and our product based on patented technology which has a more perfect sealing stability and cost competitiveness can have the best advantage when entering the market.
